I made some atc's using things that were on my desk or near by me.
All were made on a piece of mat board. And the font I used for all is called groovy baby.
This one is probably my favorite our of the bunch. While I was digging through my envelope of collage fodder I saw her and thought she would be good on an ATC. The background image was from a book. I thought it would be cool to do a packing tape transfer with it. It kinda failed. but I still used it. I glued it on to the matte board. I cut the girl out did have to trim her a bit so she can fit on the atc. I then backed her on one of the tags from the tag pad by Prima so she was a little more sturdy. I used foam tape to put on the atc. The quote I got from Brainyquote.com Its from Marilyn Monroe.
This one I used matte medium to glue pink tissue paper on the the mat board. After that dried I took some of my gesso and my pallet knife on a hexagon stencil. I took a circle plastic canvas and sprayed Dylusions Bubble Gum Pink through it. I stamped the girl(from October Afternoon Midway collection) on white card stock with Black Versafine ink pad. I colored her skin with Faber Castell watercolor crayon. The rest I colored in with Inktense color pencils.used foam tape to put her on the ATC the quote is from Dr. Seuss.
This ATC I started out with gluing a scrap of scrapbook paper(Newsworthy from Paper Studio) onto the Mat Board. I then glued the dress form and the flower. While that was drying I stamped the Julie Nutting girl on book paper. colored her skin and hair with Faber-castell watercolor crayons. I dressed her with Cartographer ATC pad(though its 4x6) by Prima. I stamped the Eiffel Tower on to the background Then attached her. The quote is from Mae West.
I glued a napkin on the white side of the mat board with matte medium. The heart was made from a piece of corrugated cardboard and sprayed with after midnight Dylusion spray. I glued that to the ATC. The Julie Nutting girl I made for another project but never used, I glued her on the ATC. The quote is from Charles Shultz.
These 2 are the same just using different colors. Before gluing the Vellum (from Rubber Baby Buggy Bumpers Rubber stamps (remember them from back in the day?! :P) that I had in my stash, I used my pearlesent water colors from Artist loft and color the background. Then I glued the vellum with matte medium. I took the plastic canvas circle and sprayed the top ATC with the bubble gum pink Dylusion spray. I then took the plastic canvas and turned it onto the other ATC and it picked up some other color that was in it besides the pink. I stamped the party girl from Julie Nutting onto book paper. color her skin and hair. The top dress the paper is by TCP Studios, her balloon is white cardstock that I later colored pink with a pink pen. The bottom dress is from The Create Collection and her .balloon is from Fab Scraps. The quotes are both by Dr. Seuss.

I love these Sheri, even more so given you made them with what was to hand. I've just started making ATCs with what are primarily leftovers and scraps and yours have inspired me.
What a fabulous way to display all of those wonderful quotes!! Your ATCs look terrific and how awesome to use up those bits and pieces!
